Not in 4 years. Have you tried contacting Jayco and asking for the original manufacture?
I bought a replacement at www.worldwiderv.com for my 2007 34SS Just call (480)832-5600 and tell them what you need.
We have not checked but are there DOT numbers stamped/printed on the lenses?
