This hitch the rail mount type and does not include the rails. I would be willing to meet the buyer at any "half way" point in Florida from my location in the Tampa Bay area.
It has never been used as I had thought I was going to buy a trailer with a gross rating of 16,000 pounds. I have since decided on a trailer with a gross weight of 19,000 lbs.
