Awesome 2018 Jayco Northpoint 377RLBH fifth wheel. Unit in great condition. Purchased 1 year ago. We have had almost ZERO issues with this unit. If you know anything about RV's, you know buying a new one can be the luck of the draw on whether you have quality issues. This things has been so solid. Jayco offers a 2 year warranty so you almost another year. Come take a look at it if interested. It won't disappoint. Residential fridge w/ice maker, 3 TVs inside, 1 outside in basement. Dual A/C. Dual awnings. Wired for genset. King Bed master. Microwave convection w/oven. Auto leveling with electronic control of all lights, leveling, awnings, etc with Jayco smartphone app. This unit's MSRP was 90K.
Reason for selling, we purchased a new house and just don't have a need for this large of a trailer anymore.

I do have a premium extended service contract on this trailer that I can transfer that cost me ~$6K, but my plan is to cancel that unless you want it but I'm not including that in this price currently. This has been a great RV for us and has only minor issues such as a stuck window shade, one pantry shelf that needs repair (will have this completed by dealer) and a furnace duct that needed to be reattached to the furnace. Other than that, its been flawless. We've had it for a year so you know if something was wrong, we would've found it!</span></p><p>Selling tow vehicle as well, but not a part of this listing, 2017 Ford F350 Lariat Ult FX4.
