I bought this RV new for $90K in April of 2016.  I dont  think you could find a better deal than this for a Class C bunkhouse.  It had a little over 2K miles on it when I bought it new and it only has 4,162 on it now two years later.  Used it 6 times in 2 years.  Basically brand new.  We moved to a small farm about a year ago and just dont have the time we need to enjoy it.

Everything is in good working order.  The roof doesn't leak and everything works like it should.  I've had it back to the dealer three separate times to get items repaired/fixed on warranty so all of the kinks have been worked out. Also, its being stored indoors so the weather isn't affecting it.

Lots of fun with family and friends.  I have added a large rear cargo rack for extra storage and bike rack on rear ladder.  Also, added a Blue Ox rear trac bar that was dealer installed.
