2015 Jayco Precept 35UN Class A motorhome with beautiful new updated decor and priced to sell! We are the second owner and have housed the RV in temperature controlled bay for the last year. Non smoked in and pet free unit with 22,200 miles and 1500 hours on generator. The unit easily has enough storage space to live in full time. RV has two AC units, two roof vents, and two thermostats with propane heat. Remodel was a due to my wife not liking brown and desire to modernize interior to taste. More pictures available including indoor storage/cabinets are available upon request. Outdoor features include TV and numerous oversized storage bays including three pass throughs. Fiberglass gel coat needs buffed due to previous owner storing outside, but no cracking on decals 700 quote from local shop . Backup and side mirror cameras currently not working, but we are attempting to fix. Forced to sell for health reasons. Low retail with options is 77,000.
