Very good to excellent condition inside the pop up as it was seldom used. We used maybe a dozen times total. Mostly used "dry camping" during weekend cycling events by 2 adults. No kids but we did camp with our dogs. Pop up was stored indoors from 2012 to 2017 but has been outside since then. Outside needs some TLC detailing.
Power lift roof system with keychain remote so you can lift and lower by yourself. With remote allows roof lowering by yourself as you walk around and tuck in your screens. Hard wired power switch inside door and manual crank roof should remote fail.
King size and Queen size pullouts. The couch seating and dinette seating also turn into beds. This pop up sleeps 8! Kitchen sink, fridge, furnace, outside shower with propane hot water heater, fresh water holding tank I think 30gal holding . No grey/black tank. Propane grill inside also moves to outside. Professionally installed rear 1.25" hitch for carrying a bike rack on the pop up clearing the spare tire. Once arriving at camp, the bike rack can be moved to your car for driving to trailheads for example. Bike rack and bikes shown for example but NOT INCLUDED.
We have moved into a toy hauler and don't use this anymore. Last time used 2020. Make an offer.
